Where does skim milk fall? I usually use it in my tea. About a cup of skim throughout the day.

    You are looking at about 11 grams of net carbs per cup of skim milk. So, if you want to get to less than 20 grams per day, you probably need to cut out milk altogether.

    Fat is not our enemy and with keto, we want to eat 70 to 75 of our diet from fat. So for me on the very few occasions that I drink milk in my tea, I only use full cream milk.

    I am afraid not. Popcorn is high in carbs.
